Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Marathi Misal, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, or replacements may be provided, in accordance with applicable Indian laws.

1. Food Orders & Services

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Food items are non-returnable and non-refundable once prepared or delivered.

  • In case of wrong item, missing item, or quality issues, customers must inform us within 2 hours of delivery or purchase.

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the item, or

  • Store credit, or

  • Partial or full refund (at Company’s discretion)

2. Advance Payments & Bookings

  • Any advance paid for table booking, catering, bulk orders, or events is non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling may be allowed subject to availability and management approval.

3. Franchise Fees & Pre-Launch Spot Booking

  • Franchise application fees, pre-launch booking amounts, and spot-booking payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Submission of a franchise fee does not guarantee franchise allotment.

  • Refunds will not be issued due to rejection, delay, or change of decision by the applicant.

4. Online Payments & Technical Errors

If an amount is debited due to a technical error but the order is not confirmed:

  • The amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • Processing time depends on the payment gateway and bank.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Orders placed through third-party platforms (Zomato, Swiggy, delivery apps, payment gateways) are subject to their refund and cancellation policies.

Marathi Misal is not responsible for refunds initiated or rejected by third-party platforms.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed only to the original mode of payment.

  • No cash refunds will be issued unless legally required.

7. Company Rights

Marathi Misal reserves the right to:

  • Modify or update this Refund Policy at any time

  • Refuse refunds in case of misuse, fraud, or policy violation

  • Make final decisions on refunds after internal review
